Born in London to an Australian mother and an English father, Alice grew up in the capital and will always call the city her true home. Once completing her degree at Nottingham University, where she studied History and American Studies, Alice went on to secure a position in marketing with Moet Hennessy, part of the world’s leading luxury conglomerate LVMH, working on Veuve Clicquot, a job that opened her eyes to the world of luxury brands and more importantly, wines and spirits. It was here that Alice honed her skills, gaining valuable marketing experience from the Champagne world, before moving on to spirits in 2013, when she joined Belvedere Vodka as Brand Manager for the UK, the brand’s second largest market globally.
During this time, Alice worked on numerous projects and activations that later became global initiatives, most notable amongst them, ‘Legends of the Martini,’ an experiential pop-up at the Royal Academy that preempted the creation of ‘Know Your Martini,’ one of the most successful global training programmes the brand has ever seen. Similarly, Alice worked alongside the global team to develop ‘Naturalness,’ an initiative that was born from the wellness trend that swept the UK in 2015 and continues today with the Belvedere ‘Made with Nature’ campaign globally. But certainly her proudest accomplishment from her time on as Brand Manager was leading the brand’s partnership with SPECTRE, the 24th James Bond installment, a rewarding professional achievement that would make any Brit feel patriotic.
In 2016, after nearly 3 years managing all elements of Belvedere’s presence in the UK, including digital growth and national advertising campaigns, Alice joined Belvedere’s global team as Education and Training Manager, reporting into Matt Pomeroy, Global Director of Education. Having developed a strong reputation within the trade for her hands-on approach to brand management, Alice has developed these relationships further and taken Belvedere education to all corners of the world over the past 4 years combining her passions of travel and people and training over 50,000 people globally. In addition to her education work, she has been involved in the creation of new innovative spirits as part of the Belvedere portfolio including the Single Estate Rye Vodkas and Heritage 176. More recently she has represented the brand more publicly hosting 2 Instagram live interviews with Martha Stewart and maintaining consistent presence throughout trade and lifestyle media both nationally in the US and around the world.
She is currently based out of Nashville, Tennessee with her entrepreneurial restauranteur husband, Max, their two French bulldogs, Jolene and Onyx and their two rescue cats, Daphne and Mary. Her personal passions include travel, African wildlife conservation and photography, campaign for Pancreatic Cancer awareness, sampling some of the world’s best bars and restaurants and watching sports such as rugby, tennis and golf. She is responsible for furthering education and representing for the Belvedere brand in all global markets.
